Launch of
BumbleBee Uni-Focus Distance Learning Centre
June 28, 2008, 3 p.m. – At a gathering of more than 50 people in the Puchong Centre, CBC’s BumbleBee Uni-Focus Distance Learning Centre was launched. Mr. Randy Teo, the Founder and President of TEACH ASIA was present to address interested parents of the background of ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) and how the centre would be run.
The vision of the Centre is:
To be a caring Learning Centre for reaching out to, and nurturing young individuals through the ACE Program.

Thomas, father of
two, gave an account of how his children have benefited from the
ACE program,
after transfering them from the National type school. He has seen good
progress
in his children studies under ACE.
Senior Pastor, Richard Toh, dedicated our first two facilitators, Edward Tan and Annie Thomas, to the Lord. More facilitators would be required when the school expands.
Later, a tour around the facility was led by our Principal, Edward Tan. The afternoon ended with some light tea for all who attended.
The first intake of students is in July, 2008. The Centre is expected to be in full swing in January, 2009.
