This is a historic event – the First CBC Congress. Combining five
centers of both the English and Chinese congregations, about 600
members, including children, gathered for three days, 2 nights, at the
Royale Bintang Seremban. Although this represented only a 60% turnout
from CBC, the Congress was a tremendous success with International
speaker, Rev. David Wang, from Asian Outreach, enthralling the
participants with his four power-packed messages that was based on the
theme, “Be Fruitful and Multiply.” There was also a variety of
workshops, recreation, games, and the most-talked-about ADOI (Arts
Drama Outreach Initiative) competition. It was truly a time of
learning, bonding, fellowshipping and fun! We thank our Lord Jesus
Christ for bringing about this event.
