Evangelistic Meeting in Jinjang

 

After the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship had their Asian Convention on November 23 to 25, 2006, Brother H.H.Fong, one of the organizing committee members, said they decided to have an evangelistic meeting at a place “where the fishes are.” So, together with a few churches in Jinjang and Kepong, this major event was organized on the night of November 25. The location was SRJK (Utara) school hall in Jinjang as all the big restaurants were fully booked. Jinjang has the largest Chinese speaking population in Kuala Lumpur. This is the first time a FGBMF dinner was not held in a big hotel.

 

CBC and a few other churches co-organize this event in inviting the Jinjang residents to attend this dinner. Right from the start of the evening, the FGB really lit the atmosphere with their big banner, with the welcoming words - “The Happy Men’s Dinner.” They also sang lively songs and danced enthusiastically. Three persons gave their testimonies followed by Brother Hugo Chan, President of FGBMF Asia, sharing the Good News. His message spoke to many hearts and 50 persons came forward in response to the altar call. Finally, a total of 43 decision cards were collected. Praise the Lord!

 

Due to the effectiveness of this evangelistic outreach, the participating churches decided to hold another FGB dinner in Jinjang on February 25, 2007, with Evangelist, Rev. Oh Beng Kee as the speaker.We look forward to a greater harvest of souls.
